The Glow Staff is a beautiful addition to your glow collection. A single glow staff contains 2 LEDs (one at each end), has soft ball-ends (made of the same material as our glow poi), and consists of two ends and a center section. The break-down glow staves are easily disassembled for travel and storage.

Each end piece is 27.5 inches (70cm) long, and the center piece, in which both end pieces meet, is 23" long, A break-down Glow Staff weighs 1lb 3oz (~539gm).

Glow Staff Assembly Instructions:

  1. 1. Using a damp rag, wipe the tube ends that go into the center section; baby powder is used during assembly, and should be removed.
  2. 2. To facilitate a tighter hold on the ends by the center section, roll up the silicone sleeve once the ends are inserted. DO NOT remove the ends while the silicone sleeves are rolled up; unroll the sleeves before disassembling.
  3. 3. For a more secure connection, medical tape can be used to secure the ends to the center section

DO NOT leave the LED Glow Staff in the sun or in high-heat areas, as warping may occur.

i got the staff in and one LED was broken. i sent an email to Fire Mecca and they sent me a new one right away which was great. it works very well. the ends do fly off easy but with one layer of electrical tape its fixed. my main problem with the staff though is the amount of bounce it has. i do more contact moves than spins so its a bit harder to control (for me any way) all in all it is a great staff

I bought this staff on a whim, and I'm very satisified with it. I was pleasantly surprised at the weight and balance of it. My only real gripe is that the ends don't stay in the coupler very well; I've had them come flying out in the middle of a spin. This could probably be fixed by taping it up, though.

The staff is beautiful and the Fire Mecca shipping is, as always, amazingly fast. My only complaint is that because the staff ends are held on entirely by friction, I have had one end fly out of the center piece a few times during practice. But that's the price of making something portable/collapsible. Could probably be fixed with some tennis racket grip tape.

I bought this for my mom for her birthday and, although she is better with batons and I with colorguard flags, we both love it and think it's great! It's a good way for her to teach me tricks and vice versa. Since this is the first staff I've purchased, I don't know how it compares to others but I love it all the same.

This is my second time purchasing this staff and I love it!!! Although it's little wobbly/flexible compared to the fire staff, you could use it to your advantage when you get used to it :) The staff and owner of the Fire Mecca is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend them and definitely do business with them again! Thank you!!!

I love this staff! The crew got my order to me in good time, and I put this to the test the very night I received it. The glow is bright at the ends, and transmits pretty well down each length of the staff assembly. The 28 (!!!) light programs for the All-Lite setup are incredible. People really get a kick out of the visuals, and I enjoy their additional hypnotism during my spinning performance. It's got a bounce similar to a fire staff, too; for eco-friendly practice spinning, or for a standalone performer, it is a sure buy.

Ordered it on a monday, got it on a wednsday. Nice wieght and balance and it spins real nice. Before I bought this one I had made a couple of practice staffs out of PVC pipe but they are a bit light and thin. This one at least feals like a fire staff and the ball ends help remind you of where the flame would be. Overall I would recomend this product to anybody that wants to get into staff spinning or would like a visible night alternative.
