One of the most popular styles of poi in use today, the combination of Cathedral wick assemblies and chain poi leashes is reliable, affordable, and an easy choice for a first set of poi. Cathedral wicks have a "stacked" appearance, and offer the largest flame-to-volume ratio of all of our wicks, with a corresponding drop in burn-time. Glow sticks, glow poi balls, and many other types of LED equipment can be easily attached to the chain through the use of the pre-existing quicklinks.

Fire poi come in any length, up to 30 inches, measured end-to-end. If you are not sure what length is right for you, a good estimate can be made by measuring from your knuckles to your ankle, with your arm held straight t your side and relaxed. Most measurements end up between 21 and 28 inches.
