Ball chain quickly rose in popularity as a fire poi body material, and has remained the one of the most popular chains, primarily because it is light and has some basic swivel properties due to its nature. Ball chain is also a stylish and decorative addition to props and clothing.

We have three ball chain sizes commonly used by poi spinners, all of which are sufficient for fire-dancing. Make your own ball chain body set, by selecting the ball chain size, your handle and swivel preferences, and a total leash length (including handle and connectors) up to 26 in.

Ball chain is not suggested for chain wraps and hyperloops. Please consider twist link chain in these cases.

LOVE THEM! I never used the cords! I went straight to the chains! I use double finger loops and love them! The leather breaks in fast and well! I suggest to start with chains so that when you escalate to fire you will be used to the weight! I advanced very fast so I was grateful that Matthew gave me this suggestion!

The blackened steel chains were just exactly the length ordered. Matthew worked directly with me through a long series of e-mails to get them the right length and configuration. They were ordered as a birthday present and were a HUGE immediate hit. Very satisfied with both the product and the service. Spin on!
