A Fire Mecca conception and the original spiral-weave fire poi, MoonBlaze Fire Poi offer the best of both worlds; good flame size and duration at a low cost. Our unique MoonBlaze Fire Poi Heads are cylindrical and tight, reducing surface area and increasing the amount of fuel retained during spin-off. The result is a longer burn time and a longer lifetime. The standard #15 nickel-plated steel ball chain is shiny and swivels at every link. The other standard features are 3.0 mm zinc-plated steel quicklinks and leather single-loop handles. The poi body can be upgraded to #15 stainless steel (SS) ball or twist link (TL) chain for a small additional cost, and handles can be upgraded from single-loop (SL) to double-loop (DL). A swivel is included on each twist link poi leash.

Glow sticks and many types of LED equipment can be easily attached to the chain through the use of the pre-existing quicklinks.

Fire poi come in any length, up to 30 inches, measured end-to-end. If you are not sure what length is right for you, a good estimate can be made by measuring from your knuckles to your ankle, with your arm held straight at your side and relaxed. Most measurements end up between 21 and 28 inches.

MoonBlaze Fire Poi heads are approximately 2.25 inches in diameter. The wick height (just the KEVLAR(R) material), as well as the height with the standard attachment, can be derived from the following list:

Small: 2 in. tall (2.5 incl. attachment)
(comparable to competitors' basic or medium poi heads)
Medium: 3 in. tall (3.5 incl. attachment)
Large: 4 in. tall (4.5 incl. attachment)

Tiny (1 in.) and Extra-large (5 in.) are available as custom items.

Fire poi are sold as a pair.

Ive owned the 2.5 fists from hop, these are better. They burn bigger with a better looking flame in my opinion. The fact you can customize these as well as the price for performance, great job you guys. Will be sure to send salt lake your way.

These are the best fire poi I have ever spun, and I have tried a wide variety of others. The heads are tightly braided, with a perfect weight, and the attachment hardware is second to none. I now own two sets of these, one with 4" wicks, and one with 2" wicks made from the 1/4" tape. Both absorb fuel extremely well, and burn for much longer (and with larger flames) than similarly sized cathedral heads. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and always refer spinners here when asked my opinion of what to get. I would recommend the double loop handles and the stainless steel ball chain, as they have served me well, and are worth the few dollars extra. You can't go wrong with a set of Moonblazes.

I am in love with these poi! Over the last couple of months all of the poi spinners in my fire group have made the switch to the moon blaze from the assortment of stuff we were using before. They are durable, soak fuel the best, and burn beautifully! I would recommend these to anyone! The customer service is fantastic too, so I know our group will continue to do the majority of our orders for fire tools through Fire Mecca! Kudos for being awesome!

This is my first set of fire poi after about a year or so spinning glow poi and they were perfect to make the transition. The weight is great not too heavy or too light and the flames are nice and big. Great set of poi all around

These poi are -very- well built! Solid and durable. I recommend swapping the quicklinks which attach the handles with round split rings, because the quicklinks tend to catch on the edges of the handles due to their oval shape. Otherwise, they are a wonderful product!

I couldn't be more happy with these poi. I chose the medium wicks, and I'm loving the big, even flames and long burns. I like the weight as well, they've got just the right amount of heft to em. These wicks have been a hit with all my friends who have tried them, and I've referred them all here. great quality wicks and quick shipping too.
