Our Aluminum tubing is drawn, hard anodized, and polished to a bright finish. High tensile strength and excellent resistance to corrosion are only a couple of its key properties. All of the Fire Mecca Fire Staff products are made from this Aluminum.

The two sizes we are carry are 0.75 inch (19.1 mm) OD and .875 inch (22.2 mm). The wall thickness makes them perfect for pairing on projects that must telescope, collapse, or break-down.

Sold in a continuous length, priced per foot.

If you need multiple cuts, please order the total amount of this product that you need, then also purchase custom cuts here: Custom Cuts.

The maximum continuous length for standard orders is 5 feet. On request we can do continuous lengths up to 10 feet, simply use the Item Notes section in your cart to indicate. If not otherwise indicated we will assume aluminum orders to be cut in to 5 foot segments, plus the remainder (thus 8 feet would be shipped as 5'+3' unless specified otherwise, for example). Any continuous length above 5 feet must be shipped by UPS and may carry addtional shipping fees, any continuous length above 4 feet may carry additional shipping charges if shipped via USPS.

Information for Bulk customers: Sold in multiples of 5 feet for 7/8 and 3/4 inch. Lengths can be +/- up to 1"

I've tried aluminum from other sources and this is by far the best as it is a good price, high quality, polished, and without the writing found on aluminum bought elsewhere. However, I made a large order and it took more than a month to arrive so I had to order from elsewhere as well to meet my deadline - hopefully next time it will arrive sooner.

Just what I needed. Arrived within a few business days and packaged well. Thanks.

I got what I ordered. The only problem was the cardboard tube was actually broken by the time it got to me and the staff inside was partially bent. I was able to bend it back to where it is no longer an issue because it wasn't worth sending back. If you order make sure you pay for UPS because USPS doesn't handle packages with as much care.

strong (so far), pretty, and light, but a serious angle on the cut. I had to shave it down to make it square. I could have made a straighter cut with a kitchen knife...

Has a much nicer cosmetic finish than comparable structural aluminum tubing, and a really convenient ID for stuffing with dowels. The only improvement I would like to see is better angular precision on the cuts. Mine were 5-10 degrees off of perpendicular, which isn't bad, but is noticeable.
