I purchased this dvd via a different site and wish I had ordered through Fire Mecca... The other site took over two weeks to ship it to me. Other then that I highly reccomend this dvd for all Staffers they start out with the basics and work up to more advanced moves... It taught me how to do certain moves that I felt I was doing wrong but didn't know how to remedy it. The insperational pieces are not just staff vids it actually shows their whole crew which is great because the poi guys in my group learned a few things also.
