Most non-manufacturing orders are shipped within one business day of ordering. Manufacturing orders (most fire gear) are completed in the order received, typically being shipped in three to five business days, however please allow up to 10 business days for manufacturing. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to reach you if ordering via standard UPS Ground or USPS Priority, as some items are shipped from our other locations. Customers with deadlines inside this time period must include their needs on their orders, or they will have no recourse for refund due to delays, except where our shipping policy dictates. We will make our best effort to contact you if your order will not leave our facilities within 5 business days, so, please, make sure that your contact information is up-to-date. "Business days" do not include weekends or holidays.
None of the following shipping methods include the order processing time estimates included above, nor weekends: Fire Mecca does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Faster processing, especially for Express, 2-day, and 3-day orders is possible with good communication from the customer. USPS orders are not shipped on Mondays, with the exception of Rush Orders. A "Rush Order"option is also available during the ordering process.

Signature confirmation will automatically be selected for orders $150.00 or more. Signature confirmation can be waived, at which point the customer takes full responsibility for theft or loss of the package. Signature confirmation (for orders under $150.00) and Insurance can be requested via our Order Notes or over the phone, and both will incur a secondary charge to your card.
International Shipping Methods (These methods may incur additional shipping or Customs fees, such as VAT, depending on your country, that we do not track, calculate, or report):
- USPS Express Mail International: 3 - 5 days from date of shipment. A good method for almost all orders.
- USPS Priority Mail International: 6 - 10 days from date of shipment. Very well-priced. Detailed tracking not available.
- UPS Standard Ground: 3 - 10 days from date of shipment, with detailed tracking. Almost always incurs additional courier fees which are not included in our shipping cost, and are billed directly from UPS.
International customers are responsible for paying any and all Customs fees, duties, taxes, and additional carrier fees associated with international shipments; shipping quotes from our website do not include any such costs
Please email Sales (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Shipping (email@example.com), or call us at 1-877-235-2662 before selecting an Express or overnight shipping method (Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day) to ensure the items you want are in stock, and that you will get your order when you need it. Our workload varies, and shipments are made as orders come in; we do not normally prioritize Express shipping methods, but most orders are shipped within two days of ordering. Refunds, in part of in full, may be given based on carrier delays or errors, but are subject to a successful complaint filed with the carrier.
While we try to ensure the shipping and delivery process runs smoothly, there are many things that the customer has control of that can make a shipment less risky. If you choose to waive signature confirmation on a high-value package, please consider shipping the package to a friend, neighbor, or business if you will not be home to receive a package. To reduce risk on low-value (less than $100.00) packages, please consider selecting signature confirmation. Additionally, our label system is automated, and uses the exact address information entered by the customer. Please be sure that your address is correctly typed such that it is accepted by USPS and UPS without correction.
Items Shipped Separately and Combined Shipping
Some of our products are marked that they "...may be shipped separately from the rest of your order." In these cases, a product may be too large to ship using the shipping method you have chosen, or it may be coming from a secondary shipping facility. If you are concerned about any delays, please contact us before ordering, so that we can work with you to get your product to you at the best possible speed.
If, for any reason, a customer requests to combine shipping, the customer must make the orders, pay for shipping, and then the customer will be refunded based on the shipping costs of the combined orders. The refund will be reduced by $1.00 per order combined.
Guarantees and Liability
We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for in-transit delivery times or service guidelines established by any carrier. Furthermore, we are not liable for shipments delayed by any carrier, stolen mail, clerical or typographical errors made by customers during the order entry process, damaged by inclement weather, customs impounds or any other in-transit delivery problem once a shipment has left our distribution facilities and is in the possession of a designated common carrier.
In the case that there is a problem with a shipment, we will do everything we can to assist the customer in solving the problem. We encourage the customer to investigate insurance or other shipping options with us up-front to minimize such problems.
Additionally, due to USPS changing their shipping offerings on a regular basis, our site occasionally allows shipping methods to be purchased which are not actually supported. Fire Mecca does not offer Flat Rate shipping to any country or U.S. State. If a method we do not supported is purchase, we will ask the customer which supported method they would like to use.
Purchasers of insurance must contact us within 60 days after shipping in order to be able to make insurance claims.
